Place the tray on your upper gums, using the sucking method to expel air between the tray and gums. Ensure the tray wraps around your teeth completely. Repeat for the lower tray.

Immerse the tray in warm (80°C water) for 5-7 seconds to soften it. Be cautious not to over-soak, as this may cause slight deformation.

Mold to Your Teeth
Quickly place the softened tray onto your gums, pressing with fingers to ensure a secure fit. Avoid biting too hard while molding. The tray may feel warm but won’t harm you.
